An easy-to-make first course. An exquisite recipe, racy and appetizing, to be prepared on any occasion, which will surely conquer everyone.

INGREDIENTS:
350 gr. Carnaroli rice
140 gr. tasty cheese
420 gr. mixed mushrooms (I used frozen ones)
1 garlic clove
q.b. fresh parsley, chopped
q.b. breadcrumbs
butter, a walnut
4 tablespoon oil

DIRECTIONS:

Chop the mushrooms (you can also do it from frozen).

Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat with the garlic, add the mushrooms and cook for 20 minutes or until soft over low heat, stirring occasionally. Adjust lightly with salt.

Cook the rice in plenty of salted water for 15/16 minutes (⅔ minutes less than indicated).

Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Grease a baking pan with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Slice the cheese thinly.

Drain the rice and pass it in the pan with the mushrooms, add the chopped parsley and pour a state of rice into the pan, followed by the cheese.

Cover with the remaining rice and cheese.

Bake for 5/10 minutes until the cheese has melted.

Serve immediately.
