Pizza topped with butternut and accompanied by diced gorgonzola cheese.

So simple and easy and, absolutely delicious.

The key to this homemade pizza is gorgonzola. It bake on top of the squash pizza and it gets so creamy, and it gives the pizza that great flavor. Marjoram adds that sparkle of flavors.

I can absolutely say that it is the pizza of my Autumn dreams.

    • It is full of such amazing flavor!
    • You can make the sauce in advance.

    Instructions

Preparing the pizza dough from scratch is quite easy, you need a little patience and time.

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.

Start by pouring the flour into a large bowl, add the yeast with the malt, oil and salt. Pour the water gradually, mix the ingredients first with the help of a fork and then your fingers until a rough dough is formed.

Remove the dough from the bowl and knead for a few minutes on a lightly floured surface until the dough is smooth and elastic.

Cover the pan with parchment paper.

Take the dough, roll it out on a well-floured surface in an oval shape (or as you prefer) but ideal for the pan.

Roll out the cream, add the pieces of squash and add salt without abounding. Remove the skin from the cheese, cut it into chunks and distribute it on the pizza. Add the marjoram leaves.

Bake for about 30 minutes or until your pizza has a nice color.
