This quick and easy-to-make salad recipe is so full of flavor. You may be indulgent in the presence of orange but I can assure you that it makes the salad so delicious

It is a quick recipe perfect for lunch or a midweek dinner and you can prepare it in advance!
I really like these quick but complete meals to be consumed on hot days like these. It is ideal on those days when you want a light, healthy but not boring meal!
In this chicken and orange salad recipe I used a light dressing to be able to appreciate the sweet-sour taste of the orange but, of course, feel free to try any dressing (see my mustard dressing here).
As a salad, use a mix of salads you love the most (baby spinach, salad, rocket, valerian .....).
Plus, this recipe is great if you're looking to lose weight without sacrificing taste.
With the start of the summer, many of you, like me, have good intentions to be able to lose a few pounds for the holidays. So .... what could be better than a simple, colorful, super tasty, delicious and, finally, healthy and dietetic recipe?
Instructions
Season the chicken slices with salt, and pepper and cook them on the hot grill on both sides. Remove the chicken to a cutting board, cut it into strips and let it cool.
Peel the cucumber and slice it finely with a mandolin lengthwise.
Wash and peel the orange, leaving a few slices with the peel for the garnish, slice it to your liking.
Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them into 2 or 4 according to the size.
Clean and wash the salad under running water and dry it thoroughly.
Prepare the sauce by emulsifying the oil, salt and pepper together.
Arrange the salad in a large bowl or directly on individual plates, and add the cherry tomatoes, and the rolled cucumber. Complete with the orange and chicken.
Dress with the oil emulsion and serve.
