The salad with blackberries, tuna, walnuts and lots of vegetables with a dressing of oil and lemon is perfect for spring and summer
If you want a little more protein or want to substitute tuna, feel free to add some cheese.
How to prepare this salad .......
Combine the salad, radishes and tuna in a large bowl.
Prepare the dressing by mixing the oil, mustard, salt and lemon.
Pour the desired amount of dressing into the salad and mix well. Add the blackberries and chopped walnuts.

Tuna Salad with Blackberries
Servings: 4 people
Ingredients
- 200 gr. mixed salad valerian, baby spinach
- ⅚ radishes
- 120 gr. fresh blackberries
- 2 cans of tuna in oil
- nuts
FOR THE DRESSING:
- ⅘ tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- ½ untreated lemon juice
- salt
Instructions
- Drain the tuna from the oil
- Wash and slice the radishes.
- Clean and wash the salad and dry it thoroughly.
- Prepare the sauce by emulsifying together the oil, lemon juice (I suggest you add a little at a time), and mustard. Season with salt if necessary.
- Arrange the salad in a large bowl, add the radishes and the chopped tuna. Pour in the desired seasoning and mix well.
- Finally, add the blackberries and chopped walnuts.
