INGREDIENTS:
1 fresh italian Burrata or Mozzarella
Mixed salad leaves
a few valerian (corn salad)
a few cherry tomatoes, halved
1 large avocado
2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:

In a bowl, combine salad leaves, corn salad, cherry tomatoes, extra virgin oil, and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper to taste and toss to combine everything together.

Peel the avocado, remove the stone and slice.

Place the burrata in the middle, if you prefer rip it into small pieces.

Top salad with slices of avocado.
