TOTAL TIME 10 minutes + cool time DIFFICULTY easy
INGREDIENTS:
8 crepes, make ahead (see How to do crepes)
500 g fresh wild berries, you can use also frozen ones
1 or 2 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. water
Icing sugar
DIRECTIONS:

In a small saucepan heat and stir the wild berries, the sugar and the water. Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat and simmer until thickened.

Remove it from the heat and let it cool.

Take the already done crepes.

Spread with some wild berries’ mixture over each crepe, then fold it in quarter.

Top with some icing sugar and a few wild berries just before serving.

Serve two crepes each person.
