The roll with strawberries is a creamy and very soft dessert, fast and very easy to make. The biscuit dough base embraces a filling of whipped cream, ricotta cream and fresh strawberries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A few days ago I saw these beautiful and fragrant strawberries at the supermarket and they immediately made me think of a real sin of gluttony: the Strawberry and Ricotta Roll!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

INGREDIENTS FOR BISCUIT PASTA:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

70 g flour<\/p>\n\n\n\n

150 g sugar<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5 eggs<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 teaspoons of honey<\/p>\n\n\n\n

30 g potato starch<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 teaspoons of lemon zest<\/p>\n\n\n\n

300 g ricotta cheese<\/p>\n\n\n\n

200 g fresh cream<\/p>\n\n\n\n

seeds of a vanilla bean<\/p>\n\n\n\n

200 g strawberries<\/p>\n\n\n\n
