Ingredients<\/h3>
  • 350<\/span> g<\/span> blueberries<\/span><\/li>
  • 60<\/span> g<\/span> sugar<\/span><\/li>
  • cornstarch<\/span> 1 tbsp<\/span><\/li>
  • juice of 1 lemon<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>

    For the dought:<\/h4>
    • 150<\/span> g<\/span> flour type 2<\/span><\/li>
    • 100<\/span> g<\/span> flour 00<\/span><\/li>
    • sugar<\/span> 1 tbsp<\/span><\/li>
    • 150<\/span> g<\/span> butter<\/span><\/li>
    • very cold milk or water<\/span> 1-2 tbsp<\/span><\/li>
    • 1<\/span> egg<\/span><\/li>
    • salt<\/span> a pinch<\/span><\/li>
    • brown sugar<\/span> just enough<\/span><\/li>
    • milk<\/span> to brush<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>

      To serve:<\/h4>
      • cream or vanilla ice cream<\/span> optional<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n

        Instructions<\/h3>
        • In a bowl mix the flours with the sugar, salt, egg and cold butter into small pieces. Work everything with your hands until you get a crumb mixture.<\/div><\/li>
        • At this point add the cold milk or water (1 or 2 tablespoons based on the flour) and briefly knead the dough on a pastry board.<\/div><\/li>
        • Flatten the dough, then wrap it in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator to cool for 2 hours In the meantime, place the blueberries in a bowl and add the lemon juice, starch and sugar. Mix well.<\/div><\/li>
        • Take the dough out of the refrigerator and spread it on a lightly floured surface in a circle with a thickness of 6mm.<\/div><\/li>
        • Roll the dough around the rolling pin and roll it out on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.<\/div><\/li>
        • Pour the blueberries in the center, leaving a border of about 5 cm.<\/div><\/li>
        • Fold the edges inwards, slightly overlapping them.<\/div><\/li>
        • Place the galette in the refrigerator for an additional 30 minutes.<\/div><\/li>
        • Preheat the oven to 200 \u00b0. Brush the pasta with a little milk and sprinkle with brown sugar.<\/div><\/li>
        • Bake at 200 degrees for 40\/45 minutes or until the cake turns golden brown.<\/div><\/li>
        • Remove from the oven and leave to cool on a wire rack.<\/div><\/li>
        • Serve with a scoop of cream or vanilla ice cream.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n
