Today I share with you a melon and banana smoothie, ideal in these hot days. Colorful melon mixed with nourishing banana and with the addition of honey and cinnamon. A great nutritious and refreshing smoothie for breakfast or for a summer snack.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With only 4 ingredients, it is ready in no time and is full of flavor. What's better?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the reasons why I love summer is the presence of a wide selection of fresh fruit, melon is definitely one of my favorites: it's so delicious !! Plus it's so quick and easy to prepare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What you need <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

There is nothing complicated about this smoothie recipe<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- Frozen melon and banana:<\/strong> the use of frozen fruit makes the smoothie thicker and colder. Of course you can also use only fresh fruit or add some ice but keep in mind that your drink will become more watery<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- Greek yogurt:<\/strong> Greek yogurt adds creamy. Use the fat-free one to control your diet<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Honey :<\/strong> it is a natural sweetener rich in in anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Cinnamon: <\/strong>It has anti-viral, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties and contains antioxidants with anti-inflammatory effects<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to Make <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In a blender add melon, banana, yogurt and honey. Blend it until smooth. Add some milk if you want less consistency. It is so easy and delicious!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
