600 gr. quality minced beef<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3 red peppers<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3 medium potatoes<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 large free-range eggs<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

50 gr. Scamorza (if you cannot find them substitute with mozzarella)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

50 gr. soft cheese<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 sprig of fresh parsley<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3 tablespoon Parmesan<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3 tablespoon Pecorino (or Parmesan)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

salt and pepper to taste<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
