800 gr. quality minced beef<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

100 gr. Scamorza (if you cannot find them substitute with mozzarella)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

150 gr. Prosciutto Crudo<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 large free-range eggs<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 sprig of fresh parsley, chopped<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

50 gr.  Parmesan<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

4 slices of a white loafs of bread<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

some milk<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 garlic clove<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

salt and pepper to taste<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
