800 gr. quality pork loin, boneless<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

120 gr. Scamorza (if you cannot find them substitute with mozzarella), finely sliced<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

150 gr. Speck, sliced<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 sprigs of fresh rosemary<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 garlic cloves<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

400 ml. broth<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1,5 kg. potatoes, peeled and chopped<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

5 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

salt and pepper to taste<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
