INGREDIENTS:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

250 gr dried Tagliatelle (I use Paglia e Fieno)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

250 gr. potatoes<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

200 gr. t chick peas, already cooked or tinned<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 sprig of fresh sage<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 sprig of fresh rosemary<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

20 gr. butter<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 tablespoon of virgin oil<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

sea coarse salt<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 sprinkle of pepper<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
