500g of peeled Tomatoes <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 garlic glove<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 Aubergine<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

100 gr. Mozzarella + 100 gr. Scamorza (you can also  use only mozzarella)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Parmesan<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
