Ingredients<\/h3>
  • 1<\/span> roll of puff pastry<\/span><\/li>
  • \u2154<\/span> tomatoes<\/span><\/li>
  • 150<\/span> gr<\/span> ricotta cheese<\/span><\/li>
  • 40<\/span> gr<\/span> black olives<\/span> pitted<\/span><\/li>
  • extra virgin olive oil<\/span><\/li>
  • a few fresh basil leaves<\/span><\/li>
  • salt<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n

    Instructions<\/h3>
    • Wash the tomatoes and cut them into thin slices.<\/div><\/li>
    • Preheat the oven to 180 \u00b0.<\/div><\/li>
    • Unroll the puff pastry and place it in a pan with its parchment paper Then with a fork, prick the base of the pastry keeping \u2154 cm from the edge.<\/div><\/li>
    • Spread the ricotta evenly, place the tomato slices and olives on top.<\/div><\/li>
    • Season with oil, salt and basil leaves<\/div><\/li>
    • Bake for about 10\/15 minutes or until the pastry turns golden brown.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n\n
