INGREDIENTS:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

400 gr. Penne<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

600 ml. tomato sauce<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

400 gr.  potatoes<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

100 gr.  Provola cheese<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

160 gr. spicy salami<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 onion<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

a few basil leaves<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

some butter<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

salt<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

red chilli pepper flakes<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

sea salt<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

DIRECTIONS:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cook the potatoes in a pan of salted boiling water until tender. Drain and let them cool for a few minutes. Peel and cut them in 0,5 cm. slices.<\/p> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Peel the onion and finely slice it. Heat two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil in a frying pan, add the onion and let it fry until golden. Pour into the tomato sauce, basil leaves and red chilli pepper flakes and cook over a low heat for approximately 20\/25 minutes, mixing often. Season with salt.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meanwhile, cook the pasta in a large saucepan of salted boiling water. Drain it 2 minutes before what indicated in the packet instructions.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tip back into the same pan, then add \u2154 of the tomato sauce and toss well.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pre-heat the oven at 200\u02da.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Butter your baking dish and spoon half of the Penne, followed by a layer of potatoes, the remaining tomato sauce, half of salami and Provola. (Fig. 2, 3, 4)<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cover with the remaining pasta.(Fig. 5)<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dot the surface with the other half of salami and finish with the remaining Provola cheese. (Fig. 6, 7)<\/span> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Put the baking tray in the oven for 10 minutes, until it is bubbling and blistering on top.<\/p> <\/p>\n\n\n\n
