500 gr mushrooms<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 garlic cloves, peeled<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 sprig of fresh parsley<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

50 gr Parmesan cheese<\/p>\n\n\n\n

for the crepes:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

500 ml whole fat milk<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

200 gr flour<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

30 gr unsalted butter + some for frying pan<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

5 gr Salt<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

for the bechamel:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

500 ml whole milk<\/p>\n\n\n\n

40 gr flour<\/p>\n\n\n\n

40 gr unsalted butter<\/p>\n\n\n\n

a few scraping of nutmeg<\/p>\n\n\n\n
