SERVES 4 people TOTAL TIME 20 minutes DIFFICULTY easy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

INGREDIENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

350 g perciatielli or bucatini, spaghetti<\/p>\n\n\n\n

50 g dry tomatoes<\/p>\n\n\n\n

20 g almonds<\/p>\n\n\n\n

20 g parmesan<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00be tablespoon extra virgin oil<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10 g basil<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 clove of garlic<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

DIRECTIONS:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 - Put the dried tomatoes, almonds, garlic and basil in a food processor. Chop them, and, without turning off the robot, add the Parmesan cheese and oil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 - Continue to whisk until a granular mixture is obtained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3 - Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4 - Extend the sauce with a little cooking water to make it smooth and fluid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5 - Drain the pasta al dente by holding a little cooking water. Pour the pasta into the cooking pot, add the pesto and mix well, adding a little cooking water if necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6 - Serve your perciatelli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
