320 gr.  Carnaroli Rice<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 l. hot stock<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

400 gr Porcini Mushrooms<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 garlic cloves, peeled<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

30 gr. unsalted butter<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 shallot, peeled and finely sliced<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 sprig of fresh parsley<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bd glass of white dry wine<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Salt to taste<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

FOR THE MANTECATURA:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

30 gr. unsalted butter<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

40 gr. Parmesan cheese, grated<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
