Using a wooden spoon or a spatula, stir the flour mixure into the butter mixture. stir until well combined, but try to not overmix.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lastly, fold in the chopped chocolate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cover the dough with some kitchen wrap and let it rest in the fridge for minimum 2 hours (overnight would e better!).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preheat the oven to 180\u00b0C. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Using a cookie scoop or an ice cream spoon, scoop the cookie dough and arrange on baking trays, leaving about 5 cm between each.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bake one trail at time for about 14 minutes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The cookies are ready when they are slightly golden around the edges, but very soft and puffy in the middle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Take them out of the oven, sprinkle with sea salt and leave to cool a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure sheet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Flatten cookies:<\/strong> it's important to flat the cookies before baking<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <strong>Ingredients:<\/strong> Use room temperature
