Ingredients<\/h3>
  • 150<\/span> g<\/span> wheat flour<\/span><\/li>
  • 100<\/span> g<\/span> cane sugar<\/span> I used cane sugar but you can decide to use regular sugar<\/span><\/li>
  • 100<\/span> g<\/span> toasted hazelnuts<\/span><\/li>
  • 70<\/span> g<\/span> butter<\/span><\/li>
  • 50<\/span> g<\/span> dark chocolate chip<\/span><\/li>
  • 2<\/span> eggs<\/span><\/li>
  • half glass of milk<\/span><\/li>
  • 1<\/span> sachet of vanilla-flavored baking powder<\/span><\/li>
  • Icing sugar to dust over<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n

    Instructions<\/h3>
    • Work the yolk with the sugar until they become white and frothy.<\/div><\/li>
    • Add in bit by bit the melted butter, the flour, the baking powder, the milk, the toasted hazelnuts and the chocolate chip.<\/div><\/li>
    • Now whip the egg whites and delicately add them to the rest of the mixture.<\/div><\/li>
    • Pour the final mix in a baking tin, previously buttered, and dusted with sugar and then cook the cake for approximately 30 mins at 180\u02da.<\/div><\/li>
    • When the cake has cooled down, dust over the icing sugar. It is well paired with ice-cream or custard.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n
