Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
Put the flour in a bowl, then pour the water, yeast, oil and salt.
Mix all the ingredients with a fork and then with your fingers until a rough dough is formed.
Remove the dough from the bowl and knead for a few minutes on a lightly floured surface until the dough is smooth and elastic.
Cover the pan with parchment paper.
Take the dough again, and roll it out on a well-floured surface in an oval shape (or as you prefer) but ideal for the pan. Roll out the cream, add the pieces of squash and add salt without abounding.
Remove the skin from the cheese, cut it into chunks and spread it over the pizza.
Bake for about 30 minutes or until your pizza has a nice color.
The pizza is ready, enjoy your meal!
