Spaghetti with Tomatoes and Brie

- 350 g Spaghetti
- 250 gr yellow cherry tomatoes
- 100 gr. Brie
- 1 clove of garlic
- extra virgin olive oil to taste
- fresh basil to taste
- chilli to taste
- Salt
Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut the larger ones in half.
In a non-stick pan, heat a little oil and brown the crushed garlic with the palm of your hand and the chilli.
Add the cherry tomatoes, add salt and cook over medium heat for a few minutes. Add the basil.
In the meantime, cook the pasta in plenty of salted water.
Cut the Brie into small slices.
Drain the pasta and pour it into the pan with the cherry tomatoes and mix. Add the brie and serve the spaghetti hot.
