SERVES 4 TOTAL TIME 8 minutes DIFFICULTY easy
INGREDIENTS:
8 slices of turkey
1 glass dry white wine
2-3 tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
4 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
flour
pepper
salt
DIRECTIONS:

Place the slices between two sheets of parchment paper and pound to an even thickness.

Coat the slices with flour.

Heat 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil in a large non-stick frying pan, tip into the fillets and cook over a medium-high heat until gently brown on both sides. Season with salt and pepper.

Pour in the wine and cook to allow the alcohol to evaporate, turning them occasionally. Loosen with some warm water if needed.

Add the minced parsley and leave to cook until the sauce begins to thicken.
