Asparagus Tart
Servings: 6 people
Ingredients
- 1 roll of puff pastry
- 500 gr asparagus
- 150 gr mozzarella
- 60 gr parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Instructions
- Clean the asparagus, remove the hardest part and cook them in salted water for about 8/10 minutes, they must not be completely cooked. Drain them and let them cool under running cold water to stop cooking
- Grate the cheese and place it in a bowl, add the grated Parmesan eggs. Season with salt and pepper.
- Roll out the dough with its parchment paper on a baking sheet. With a knife lightly trace an edge of about 2 cm and brush with a little beaten egg. Prick the center with a fork.
- In the meantime, preheat the oven to 180 °.
- Pour the mixture into the center and cover with the asparagus.
- Bake the salted cake in the oven for about 25/30 minutes or until it is golden brown.
Notes
Serve it hot or at room temperature.
