A traditional Italian Pasta dish that contains all the scents of Sicily. A tasty pasta recipe, easy and quick to prepare that will meet everyone's approval.

SERVES 4 people TOTAL TIME 20 minutes DIFFICULTY easy
INGREDIENTS:
350 g perciatielli or bucatini, spaghetti
50 g dry tomatoes
20 g almonds
20 g parmesan
¾ tablespoon extra virgin oil
10 g basil
1 clove of garlic
DIRECTIONS:
1 - Put the dried tomatoes, almonds, garlic and basil in a food processor. Chop them, and, without turning off the robot, add the Parmesan cheese and oil.
2 - Continue to whisk until a granular mixture is obtained.
3 - Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
4 - Extend the sauce with a little cooking water to make it smooth and fluid.
5 - Drain the pasta al dente by holding a little cooking water. Pour the pasta into the cooking pot, add the pesto and mix well, adding a little cooking water if necessary.
6 - Serve your perciatelli.
